Crystal Moon is a retail shop dedicated in bringing you the best quality products. We range from tumblestones to books, jewellery to incense, divination tools to shrugs and scarves - and our stock is growing daily.

Customer Services. We pride ourselves on first class customer service but if you do experience a problem then please contact us on mail_crystalmoon.co.uk. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours.
Payment Payment is made via debit or credit card using the Paypal system. We are sorry but we cannot accept mail orders or cheques or cash via this site. Our automated system will redirect you to the Paypal webpage each time you place an item in the cart and at the time of checkout. You don't need to have an account with them already as you can use the non member checkout option.
Paypal is an established, safe and trusted way of making transactions on the internet. If you would like to learn more about the system please visit the Paypal website.
Delivery We use Royal Mail for our deliveries and aim to have all items delivered within 7 days of dispatch. If your item does not arrive within 14 days of ordering please contact us. Delivery is to either the billing address or you can specify an alternate delivery address. Shipping is charged at £2.50 flat fee and is for UK addresses only. Worldwide shipping is available - please contact us for a quote. If you require your items swiftly please contact us so we can arrange a courier service (at extra charge).

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. By using the Crystalmoon.co.uk website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms. We will endeavour to provide uninterrupted, error free access to the website, however this can not be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet. Occasionally access may be suspended/restricted to allow repairs, updates or upgrades. However we aim to keep disruption to a minimum.
Security & Privacy All information is gathered through Paypal and is such a Secure Server. All data is held in accordance to the Data Protection Registration Law (English and Welsh). We will not pass these details on to third parties. When making an order your email address will be added to our personal mailing list so you may receive information on current promotions. If you do not wish for this to happen please contact mail.crystalmoon.co.uk.
Ordering The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. A contract between you and Crystal Moon will take place at the point of payment. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as do we, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
All products offered for sale by Crystal Moon are priced in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility.
In case of items being out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.
All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.
Payment is by Credit Card/Debit Card - Via Paypal. Unfortunately we are unable to offer other methods at this time. We accept online payments through a secure environment by credit or debit card and transactions are shown in Pounds Sterling. Please do not email your card details as the order will not be completed. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way.
Returns If you return an item to us within 14 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price. This does not affect your statutory rights. You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our premises. If you wish to return an item please contact us on mail_crystalmoon.co.uk so we may give you a reference number.
Website Usage The contents of the website may not be copied, reproduced, duplicated, sold, downloaded or distributed by any means to third parties without our express written consent. You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.
