TERMS & CONDITIONS

General
No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to Crystal Moon until the Goods are despatched by Crystal Moon.

Goods are subject to availability at the time of ordering. We aim to deliver within 3- 5 days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Prices/Delivery
The price payable will normally be that which is displayed at the time of ordering.
Additional postal charges may be added for: extra heavy items, extra large quantities or high value orders whereby arrangements will be made between Crystal Moon and the buyer. Overseas orders may also be charged an additional fee for postage. For more information Tel: +44(0)1491 872333.

Crystal Moon shall not be held responsible for any losses, or expenses incurred by the buyer or any other person or company whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept payment by PayPal, Credit card/Debit card, (or cheque by arrangement, please ring 01491 872333 for details). Goods paid for by cheque will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared with the bank. Goods remain the property of Crystal Moon until fully paid for.

Refunds are at the discretion of Crystal Moon. (This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer).

Returned Goods
Notification of damage or wrongly shipped goods or incompletely shipped goods must be made within 14 days of delivery. Any claim made outside of 14 days will not be accepted. The Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned goods whereby such damage has in the opinion of Crystal Moon been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer.

Legal Liability

Crystal Moon's failure to insist upon strict adherence to any of the terms and conditions with this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights within these terms and conditions.

Liability of Crystal Moon shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. Crystal Moon cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells. Any information offered is purely for interest only.

Acceptance of terms
By placing an order with Crystal Moon you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions.
